Terms of Service

The same small minimum we collect. We do NOT collect the second list below.

• email - your account identity and magic-link login
• OAuth provider + provider_user_id (Google / GitHub), if you sign in that way
• jurisdiction (RU or INTL, chosen at signup) - decides which payment method you would use
• client_ip recorded at signup
• User-Agent recorded at signup
• stripe_customer_id (only when paid plans launch; billing is deferred, so none is collected today)
• full name / display name (email only)
• phone number
• passport / government identifier
• date of birth
• card data (it lives at Stripe; we never see card numbers)
• biometrics or precise geolocation
• free-text "About me" / bio

• email + OAuth id - account identity and magic-link login
• jurisdiction - which payment method you would use (Stripe / Yookassa), only when paid plans launch
• stripe_customer_id / yookassa_payment_method_id - billing (only when paid plans launch)
• signup IP + User-Agent - security and abuse detection

• analyses: served from a 24-hour cache for speed, but stored indefinitely - signed-in owners keep theirs until they delete them in Settings; anonymous checks are public on the ideas board and stay until you delete them via the Delete button on the analysis (or by emailing privacy@ideatribunal.com)
• account: until you delete it in Settings
• backups: up to 30 days after account deletion - the app removes your data immediately, and the encrypted backup copies age out on their own

• Stripe US - international card payments (only when paid plans launch; not active today)
• Yookassa RU - card payments for Russian residents (only when paid plans launch; not active today)
• Sentry US - error monitoring
• omni (omni.oxicom.ru) RU - AI model gateway: your idea text, to generate the verdict
• OpenRouter US - text embeddings, to match similar ideas
• Backblaze US - international database backups
• Yandex RU - database backups in Russia (152-FZ data localization)

• Access / correction / blocking: open Settings and choose "Export my data" (152-FZ Art. 14 / GDPR Art. 15)
• Deletion: open Settings and choose "Delete my account" (152-FZ Art. 21 / GDPR Art. 17)
• Withdraw consent: the same deletion path
